Returns: Must be initiated within 7 days. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible.
How to Return: Email support@ezrianjewelry.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Use a trackable shipping service.
Refunds: Issued after we receive and inspect the item. Usually processed within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges: Available upon request and subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
