Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Custom, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
