  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Require 2–4 weeks for production, plus standard shipping.

  • Pre-Orders: Require 2–3 weeks total, including processing and shipping. Timelines are noted on the product page.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic (U.S.):

    • Standard: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and shipping method.


4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders can be tracked using the “Track My Order” link in the footer or directly with the carrier.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

  • Ezrian Jewelry is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses or third-party carriers, but we will do our best to help.

  • Contact support if your package is delayed, and we will assist where possible.


6. International Orders

  • Currently unavailable.

  • When offered, customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are not included in your order total.

  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that all timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

  • Ezrian Jewelry is not liable for losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party carriers, incorrect address information, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout.

  • Any disputes regarding shipping must comply with this policy and our Terms of Service.

  • Fraudulent claims or chargebacks may be contested, and customers may be held responsible for fees and legal costs.
